so im thinking of doing the conversion from 9006/05 to the 9007 bulbs, now if i do that, ill be going from a 4 bulbs set up (2 highs, 2 lows) to a 2 bulbs setup (2hi/low) so what i need opinions on is what do i do with the other 2 empty spots in the headlight housing, one thought is to somehow split the bulbs so i have 4 bulbs all 9007, make sense? or do u just leave it empty? what has everyone else done that has done the conversion?

now for the second part of my questions is i wanna do the conversion and disable my DRL, do i do the conversion first or the disable first, and if i do the conversion which directions do i follow the 1998 instructions or the 2k+ ones?

I would honestly leave the bulbs the way they were. if you want the 9007 only then why not do a 2k+ conversion and you'll have just that. Clearly the factory made the headlights to funtion with the certain type of bulb. If you ask me just leave it how it is and get a set of HIDs or something.
