Has anyone tried to make grill inserts for a sunfire, or bought new grill inserts?
I was thinking about trying to make something like these, but It would take forever. Ill give it a shot if noone has any ideas, but just checking first

Good luck. What are you going to make these out of? Fiberglass?
Thanks 24z, not really what I was looking for. I was seriously asking if anyone has tried to make the ones on the autocross Sunfire like in the thread I posted.
TBH, I dont really like the GXP ones. They are alright, but they look kinda big.
Jason, I work at a mask shop, (not like halloween masks, nickel masks to paint assembly line parts on cars) We make everything from wax, then nickel plate it in a tank. I would most likely make them out of that, use it as a mold, then glass it or have it made from expoxy Resin (different type of mask process)
It would take 30-40 hours including tank time and such. I just dont know if I wanna go through the hassle. Would make the car look really unique though. Almost looks like the trans am Ram Air
