Drift Front Bumper
As you can see in the middle of the bumper, right in between the headlights, this has creased over during shipping. Will a heat gun really work to fix this and get it back to normal?
It may ruin the paint, or that's probably primer, either way you can fix that easily.....the heat gun should work just do it slowly or you'll end up warping it more
It's not painted, nor is it even primered. That's urethane. I've never used a heat gun before, so would the best way to put the gun in one spot for 10 seconds while trying to pry the bumper back to it's original form?
Obviously, the bumper will need painted. Is this something that the body shop could do more quickly and easily then me trying?

i can see how you thought it was painted as you are used to your sub par rattle can job.
but back to the point. light heat should help out. but it will more than liekly need more bodywork to make it look right afterwards. Can you can send it back because it was damaged during shipping or do they not cover that?

Don't know how me painting with rattle cans has anything to do with it..? Most shops i know that sell bumpers, come with black primer on them already ready for paint.
Id say move the heat gun around to even out the warmth and mold it back to shape, if that don't work, send it back and say all that happened during shipping.
Email them and ask to get it replaced, if they tell you to screw, report them to the better business bureau. Then just have they body shot you're having mold it to the car and paint it just fix it.

So are you saying that if I took it to the body shop, that they would be able to fix this?
My streetfighter kit gets that way, after you put it on the car and it has support it will be fine as long as there is support in that area
