I screwed it in ( The ground effects kit ), put fiberglass over it ( sideskirts ), sanded down, re fiberglassed and so on till it was smooth and even. I really rushed it probley applied to much fiberglass but i wanted to repaint it anyways and this gives me the chance.

If it were me, since you're gonna repaint anyway, I would take the time to re-mold and do it right so you don't crack it again. Pick up some urethane panel bond (SpeedGrip panel bond, 3M Automix, Lord Fuzor), and use that to bond the skirts to the fender and quarter (screws are gonna put stress on the fiberglass and cause cracking), and you can also use the panel bond make the initial seam where the skirt meets the car. Overfill it it just a bit, sand it down, then you should only need a few skim coats of filler to blend it, and no fiberglass at all. The panel bond is pretty tough stuff, rated as strong as a weld and has a bit of flex to it so it doesn't crack from day to day vibration and bumps in the road like fiberglass would. We use this stuff for putting on quarter panels and roofs now.

Paint it gloss black. Or semi-gloss black with pink or lime green or red or purple accents.

I would definately go back and mold it in the right way.....if you plan to stick with molded that is.

fiberglass + metal is a bad move. they expand at different rates and will crack
