Wondering if the 03 ls skirt on the rear is separate or part of the actual bumper. I have an opportunity to get 03 bumper with no skirt. I like the look of the 03 z24 bumper and don't want to waste my money on the base model if you can't attach a skirt. Any help appreciated.
the rear lip on an 03+ bumper is part of the actual bumper. same with the 95-99. the only years that have an attachable lip is 00-02.
now, that being said you can always attach an aftermarket one, like the rk sport lip kit. but for oem, you have to buy it as a whole bumper, unless you want to frankenstein a bumper the way a few members have.

but also, i have an 04 base model 2dr, and you can easily find a lip for the rear on a base bumper.
Im going with the RK Sport lip kit, its slim and no mesh, no big holes, just clean. I think new the rear is under $200, cause its like $700 something for the whole kit (Ive seen it $550ish in other places)

unless something new recently came out, there are only 2 options for the 03-05 as far as "lip" kits go.......the RkSport and the Razzi which is a bit more than just a "lip"
