installed the mirriors have them all wired up, but for some reason the right one folds in but doesnt fold back out. i used my test light and found power to the relay for the folding, and with my test light in the relay it wants to fold out, but it is like its snagging on something. has anyone else had this problem? the left mirror functions properly along with the adjustment on the right mirror and the folding in portion on the right mirror. I hope this makes sense?
