Not a dead car. There was some lunatic running across 5 lanes of I-95 S between Delray Beach and Lauderdale. Everyone lit up their brakes and started to slow. The lady in front of me however came to a complete stop. I tapped her at about 15 mph and got a crack from the top front center of the cover to where the bend is as it comes across the front. Thankfully it wasnt a lot worse and nobody hit me from behind. Still sucks though.

Why not just fix it...

shaun thats such a easy fix for any skilled body shop/person. fix it and your set as odds of finding a replacement are slim. and zyaaa was not saying to u dead car he seems to of been answering the ops question as to why noone is coping the kit because cars platform has been dead now for around 7yrs so what would be the point. would be nice to get some copies but chances are just as slim.

My biggest concern is that I have only been here for 8 months and do not know any reputable body guys. If I was back in Pittsburgh it would already be at the shop. Some of the valet guys at my work gave me a few leads so at least thats a start. Just worried about all these South Florida hustlers posing as body shop pros.

why? because 100 people will say they want it, but 98 of them are cheap fuks that wont shell out a dime lol not to mention why would someone that has some rare want to make it common lol

also, just go around to body shops. show them what you have. if not ill buy it off you for $100 since you said its damaged!

Yeah, I had 19 people that wanted this kit to be replicated a few years ago, and 2 were willing to pay the price I was asking. Wasn't even worth my time and effort at that point.
