Hey guys, long story short. broke a bulb, replaced with new bulbs last night, turned them on and worked perfectly. Came out this morning to mount them in the headlights and whatnot, and now they are just flickering on and off very quickly. They've worked perfectly for the last few years. Tmrw I will be doing some more trial and error with a volt meter, but I figured I'd ask and see if anyone has dealt with this before. Here is a video I just took to show you what is happening:

sounds like i hear the headlight relay clicking??.. does it do the same thing engine running?
Ya. It's the ballasts that are making the sound. I just grabbed the voltmeter so I'm heading out to make sure I'm getting 12v into the ballast and 12v out of it...

Mine do that if the voltage is 12.0v or less. You probably have a bad ground or a bad connection some where. 99.9% of flickering issues is because of bad wiring. Does it do it with the car running?
