i just bought a new set of headlights and my passenger 1 moves up and down. the bolts are tight as i could get them and im sure the clip is connected in the back. any ideas?

can you put some spacers (washers) between the bolts holding down the headlights? i know i need to rethread mine, ive actually worked on my engine so much removing the headlights so many times i stripped one or two of my bolt holes. so my driver side is loose, i can move it with my hand, but it doesnt bounce. might even try a rubber/wood block or something underneathe the headlight on the frame ...which is actually where my ballasts are resting for my HID's.
