Well, they could be holding them in violation of their rights like the US...
If you think they're going to do their dirty little deeds in the US, Europe or wherever, think again. Information is shared, and the US, Canada, European nations and a lot of west friendly Mid-eastern nations tend to deny entry to people they call undesirable. Suspicion of terrorism is pretty undesirable.
Don't buy into the hype until you see the back-workings of what you're trying to shoot down.

Think about this here - They are going to be watched closely, probably closer than you or the suspects might think. I'd wager that letting them out is in itself a strategic intelligence gathering tactic. "Monitoring" them might just provide some nice intel, assuming they ever try to contact anyone ever again, and I'd assume they would since they're probably wanting to continue in their "Jihad" now that they're out. Any such mistakes they make can only work in our favor by possibly revealing more potential suspects to watch, or maybe even provide information about future planned terrorist plots.
Yes - "Good job Euros" indeed
I've never heard of this "part throttle" before. Does it just bolt on?

and they deserve that?
they behead americans but if we hold them and feed them and whatnot its a horrible crime
It's like some of the prisoners released from GITMO have gone back to Afghanstan and have started right back where they were picked up the first time.
mrgto: Not likely... Prisoners released out of custody from a US prison and deported to another country (specifically Afghanistan) are usually dead within 2 weeks. The Afghani Prison population is being kept low for a reason: Not too many prisons.
