That's what I'm saying. Off-topic - Furious 2.2 likes cheese hogs. On-topic - the gentleman that bought my amp also picked up a set of Opti 6.1 components. The boy is in for a treat.

Reading > You sir.
Cousin who is male is selling amp. Girlfriend who is female is getting a system.
PM me link to g/f. Back on topic - I got the left side wires run and woofer mounted, cut myself on the metal door.
I cut the holes for the subs and they fit damn snug. The circles are perfect, and my back is sore from lifting it.
5 pages and no pics......
I wish I could hear that when its done, its gonna be great man.
looks so tasty.
car audio noob since 1984.
I initially cut the 2nd baffle too short, so I just did 2 14 inch wide pieces. Worked out great. I think I need to do some bracing in between the speakers. Instead of port top, I think ima build something to flatten out the port and put it upper right on the front face.
Hey! You have the same drill as me.
Yes sir. I loves it.
Works better than I figured it would with MDF.
I didn't use it to cut the circles. I have a single speed drill that I use for that.
The tool i use is
It's meant for cutting circles in air duct, but works fine for MDF.

I used a jigsaw for my hole but I might have to pick one of those up for my new box.
I spent 40 bucks on it probably 15 years ago, and have had to replace the bit once. I don't have a router, so this works well.
My router is a 25 dollar Menards special. It almost burnt up just cutting my one 15 hole. Then the blade broke.
Where would I find onw of those? Menards probably have one?
Home Depot or Lowes should have them.
