This is the Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan.
I plan to return my 2002, which I bought new. There have been a few problems that have failed to be resolved, the dealership passes the buck saying GM won't "let them do anything but 'fix' the problem" It has been "fixed" six times. This is why I'm choosing this route and was curious to know if anyone has had any luck with this before.
