Problems with Gravana Tuning?
Tuesday, February 28, 2006 11:53 PM
Has anyone else had any problems with them lately? I ordered tenzo seats from him WAY back in the GP in december. One of my seats came ripped, and i've tried and tried to contact him, but he doesn't reply to any of my emails anymore, and just seems to not care. It seems like i'm the only one having problems with them. Is there anyone else here having problems too?

when i first ordered my tenzo seats from gravana, i emailed them about the sliders and how they didn't go back far enough. i sent like 3 emails over the course of two weeks and never got a response. i used a different email address and got a response right away. it turned out that they had my email address wrong and they had sent the respones to a .com instead of a .edu address. my advice would be to try emailing from a different address or you could just give them a call.

My advice would be to pick up the phone. Does nobody use the phone anymore?

Did you keep in mind the time difference? People call Karo all the time (also in Cali) and they seem not to understand that the hours posted on his site are Pacific, not Eastern/Mountain/etc...

I got my seat from the GP in 7 days after I ordered them and they were fine.
I then ordered brackets & Sliders and got them 20 days later.

so im100% happy with them.

Gravana is a good company, and I've never had any issues with them in the past. Like said above, try calling. Also, I was told when I ordered some parts a month or two back that they're planning on overhauling the front and back end of their site, so they may be having e-mail issues from that. Good luck, i' m sure all things will be set straight soon.

Any good business has Voice mail, automated e-mail service, and responds ASAP...If you went to your local speed shop & they were closed every time you went by, line was buys when you called, and never replied to an e-mail I would think you would stop going. Just because you bought off line doesn't mean they don't have to provide customer service.. It seems that most on-line companies you can order from give NO after customer care. Not like you can walk in the front door, complain & demand your money back....face it, if you buy on line, you do it at your own risk REGARDLESS of the company.

Neither do Recaro sliders. Quit bitching and modify it. Sliders are universal and not car specific.

Yea, no replies to about 8 emails from 3 different addresses dating back to december. Completely unacceptable since i don't want to install a ripped seat and make it worse.

Poor customer service my ass

Teske and Jim have been more than helpful the past week and a half about helping me choose a correct intake and exhaust then following up with e-mails and calls for tracking numbers and backorder issues

PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL!

i deal almost exclusively with Gravana for all my parts, unless someone is running an awesome GP, or can get me a killer price on something else.
