Set your email to one that doesnt exist. It doesnt delete it but it will render it inaccessible.

oh ok thanks guys, well the real reason is applying for jobs or googling your name alot of posts will come up from here. Dont want to look bad for future employers. If not ill just live with the account lol. I have one from ecotecpower.com from 5 years ago as well

Even if an account is deleted, the posts made by the member remain. There is no way to completely remove someone and everything they post from this site (unless we are talking about just a few posts). In the cases where someone may have hundreds of posts, because they may have been quoted many times, it is simply impossible to do.
On the other hand, you are permitted to change your author name to whatever you desire. If you also check the box labeled "Display this signature dynamically" on the forum settings page, then any post you made in the past will appear with your current author name. It may take some time for a site like Google to re-index the site, and it won't be 100% gone from other search engines (ie. archive.org), but it can certainly help.

if it were up to me, i'd consider this "multiple accounts" and ban it...
there is nothing stopping the original account from being reactivated...

It is multiple accounts. I tried to get banned in a dignified way with my first account, and I got no help. So I changed the email to something generic. This was about 4 years ago and probably before you became a moderator, Kyle. I could honestly care less if both accounts were banned to be honest.
