Im getting this quoted out of 6061 Aluminum as we speak .....
Im just wondering if there is any interest in them?

It is for the rocker arm conversion, but for me its because my LS1 valvetrain is much taller.

You don't need a V.C. spacer on the '97 & older 2.2L motors. The Comp Cams 26981 valve springs are a drop in application, or if you use a taller spring, such as the LSX springs, you can machine the spring seats down 0.090" to fit the 1.800" installed height. There has been some question on whether or not the spring seats on the '98+ 2200s can be machined.

There is no question... I did it to 2 heads already....

Has anyone ever experimented with the concept of using a head from a Chevy V8 on one of these 2.2's / 2200's? It would be fascinating to see if any of them would fit...LT or LS heads in particular.

But the LSX heads have just about the same cooling ports and bolt holes on the bottom of the head.

But still LOL, NO!
