are the 14" snow tires/rims still available?
This car runs great and if you are looking for something reliable to get you through the winter, this car is it. Does not leak any fluids, engine is as strong as new, passed an etest last year with flying colours.
The tires may be for sale. It all depends on the person who buys the car.

Has it had the water pump replaced?
The water pump has no issues. The coolant has been changed at the recommended interval and there are no leaks in the system. The water pumps were not a problem on the 00' 2.4 engines

Yeah, water pump was a known issue but if I'm not mistaken, was resolved for the 99 year. It's the 96-98 2.4's you have to watch out for.
