So my tanny went this morning on my car. I had just come from test driving a new car too, what luck! But I do need to fix this one and sell it.
My shop is having toubles locating a tranny for it for a decent price, so if anyone has any hook ups or anything at a wrecker please let me know.
I need a 5spd manual for a 99 cavalier z24 (2.4L)

Honestly I have no idea, I was on my way to work after test driving another car (i knwo ironic) and it started grinding, so I pulled over and it was done! I dont drive my car hard at all! I know its a Cavalier and its not so fast, I have a biek for speed. Never had a single problem with the car in the 5 years ive owned it until now. SUCKS!!
$600-700 is what junk yards have been saying. My buddies Midas is going to put it in for about $400 plus tax, so I was hoping to spend about $400 and make it under a grand... If anyone knows who the guy selling one was let me know!!!!
