do the 2003 ls sports cavs have a different suspension than a base 03 cav?
on my 2002 ls sport. It list sport suspension as a feature
sport suspension is still @!#$... I believe the only differences are the thickness of the front sway bar and the addition of the the bar inside the rear twist beam

That's right. Keeps the car more level in cornering and is definitely an improvement over the base suspension, but it's still nothing to write home about.
can you get the bar for inside the rear twist beam or is that one piece it has it or doesn't kinda thing?
It's all one piece, welded into the axle. If you need to replace the axle, there's a different part number for the one with the built in stabilizer.
No point in going to the trouble. It will be more effective to just get an aftermarket rear sway bar.
The FE2 suspension not only had bars both front and rear, but 16in wheels on H-rated performance all-season tires.

I didn't say you did and I'm not trying to put words in your month.... just sarcasm about how much meaningless the "sport" branding has become
Well at least they never called it an SS, right?
