My next question are these easy to install, or is there some modding to be done ( cut etc...)
No, they are direct replacement.
you have to modify the spindle to get everything to mount up.....it is not a bolt on deal.
They ARE direct replacement. Baer has already modified spindles in the kit and you send your spindles back to them.
Also, the caliper brackets are a PAIN IN DA ASS to put back together if the happen to come apart haha.. I will never accidently let mine hit the ground again.. grrrr.

the spindle is already modified by baer.........you just unbolt your strut, lower balljoint, and tie rod end and brake line, then install new
and then have an alignment

I do apologize....that is correct...
Yep. Pretty simple, all things considered. Of course, if you've never separated a ball joint before... well... try not to tear the boots.

aka dont use a pickle fork to seperate them....
Another modification you *should* do is SS brake lines.
The Baer kit comes with them since the stock lines won't fit the calipers (I think).

the only boots ive ever torn using the fork were the ones on my cav. of course that led to ball joint replacement because of stupid GM design. what method do you use?
The same method Darkstars uses
here.
