Quick question, can you get drilled or slotted rotors reserfaced at the brake place?

If there are special brackets are they custom or can you get them OEM?

No. There is nothing about the front brakes that would make them any easier to transfer to the back than some other set of calipers actually made to go in the back of a car. If you're looking to do this sort of work rather than buying a ready-made kit, at least start with something that has an integrated parking brake.
