I had just ordered my new coilovers and i was looking at my stock struts on my 2003 sunfire. but i found a problem with the three bolts on the top of the struts that holds it in....there is one nut and 2 washer looking pieces....was just wondering how you take the washer pieces off..Thanks in advance

If you're talking about the ones under the hood that hold the mount in place, it's two nuts and one bolt. All come off with a regular socket. Not sure what the washer-looking pieces are that you're talking about.

the 2 you are talking about are because they bolt in from in the wheel well, and the one is a nut that comes off from in the trunk.

so to change, 2 bolts come out of wheel well, and 1 nut from in the trunk.
