ok heres whats going on, over the winter im swapp ing my irs in, been siting here for like 4 months now and i jst finally got done with another project and the irs is a winter thing, anyways, it uses a bigger bolt pattern than what gm gave us so im gona do a front brake upgrade, now im shooting for c5 brakes upfront and then the stock discs in the back that cme withthe irs. im eithre gonna have to drill out the rotors or find a wheel bearing assembly that has the bigger bolt pattern, prefer to do that so that when i do have to change rotors is as simple as putting them in and not having to redrill them. so my question is, is there a wheelbearig assembly that drops right in and will accept my axles? also no abs required if possible, its deactivated now and i plan on keeping it that way

If you get 2-piece rotors, you'll only have to drill the hats once and then you can keep reusing them.
Whats the bolt pattern you want? 5x115?
yeah i believe thats what the c5's use, unelss gm has more than 2 5 bolt patterns, lol.
might look into a 2 piece, what can i expect to spend on a set of those?

or you can just get the baer kit for a grandam(im pretty sure it will fit) i think the only difference is the bolt pattern
the thing is, my indepenant rear will be using the big 5 bolt pattern and the rims im buying dont come with the universal twin 5 bolt pattern in then, so instead of buying mismatched rims id rather just buy the same ones and run the same bolt pattern front and back

Judgez24: I'm doing a similar swap this winter.
On the front I'm using the N-Body spindle (knuckle, hub, and outer CV joint), F-body caliper (2 piston), and 11.9" W-Body rotors (I say 11.9 because they also were available with 10.9). That will give a 5x115 bolt pattern, and it will all fit with minor modifications.
The caliper pin/bolt holes will need to be driller larger and re-tapped. The CV joint will have to be ripped all apart, but no modifications required, just put the N-Body CV on the stock axle.
Best part of all this: It's all "stock" stuff, so you can get parts anywhere, not locked into Baer or whoever.
BTW: GM has way more than 2 5 bolt patterns. Up until recent the F and Y bodies used 5x4.75". Some trucks use/d 5x5.5". So yeah, just because it has 5 lugs do
not mean it's either 5x100 or 5x115.
ok good info cts, thanks
