i have been searching for a bit now and frankly im getting very @!#$in bored trying to find some answers to my question but here it goes, i am in the process of boosting my cavy this month and was wondering how much boost can i run through my intake (being its plastic) before it explodes???? i have seen alot of people run about ten pounds but is there any modifying i would have to do to keep it from coming apart??? thanks for any answers!!!
hondas are like tampons.....every pu$$y needs one...
mildly built 99' ln2, eagle h-beam rods, wiseco forged alum. pistons, cusco oil catch, t3/t4 super 60 garret, tial 40 mm wastegate, hp tuners, prothane mount inserts, 2.5" exhaust.
10psi from a t25 is differant that 10psi from a t3.
Yup Yup, what he said. The GM gods rate our lil plastic intake to 500hp.
Just dont run a 100hp wet shot through them, fuel puddles, boom, you need a new intake.

I've gone as high as 17PSI on my S16G. That didn't hurt it, even after 200+ runs.
I used to race cars, now I race myself.
