I searched on GM Parts Direct and found a "Glove Box Striker" Part#: 022584512
But it doesn't find it if you go to GMPartsDirect's homepage and search for it. Yet I found the number on their site. Odd.

I believe the part you want (the latch part that is held onto the glove box door by 2 screws) is 22588346.
