Where is the hole in the firewall...

to run a wire for a fog light switch?

Its for a 2004 by the way.

look under the dash , above where your left foot kinda sits , youll see a large loom of wires going through the firewall

youll need to lift the insulation pad , then use something to cut a small slit in the rubber boot

then a coat hanger or something to fish thewire through

Don't cut a slit. Use the coat hanger to just stab a hole right through the flat part. I actually use a scratch awl. Leave it in there and push the wire through the hole with some needle-nose pliars. Grab the wire from the other side with another set of pliars and pull it through.

Remove the needle-nose pliars and the scratch awl from the hole and you're all set. That rubber is stretchy like a balloon and will seal around your wire.
