Im interested in getting these if their resonably priced rather than getting the seats re-upholsterd. Ive gone to their site, and I cant figure out how you price or a get a quote? anybody know? thanks!

ya, u gotta go to an authorized dealer to get them usually. and very expensive!! dealers get them for a pretty decent price, but the markup is pretty hefty

i thought it was around 900 for front and back thast really not a bad price for leather unless you have a friend in the business.

Putting a Katzkins kit on properly IS reupholstering the seats.

Very expensive. I got an estimate for getting the katzkin covers, and it was somewhere around $900 installed for just the front seats in leather with suede inserts.

i duno what reupholsterers you go to, but my quote for reupholstery was between 1200-1800, and some of those quotes were for vinyl only. i personally have the katzin and its amazing.....

what you need to do is find a dealer, because i know i bought mine for 650 with no profit from my dealer buddy

people are cheap face it. if they wanted to get it done they would. katzkin is the best there is out there and they fit perfect. if you want qualitly parts expect the pay a good amount for it

agreed

nothing against you mike, im not saying your cheap but i mean for somethin like katzkin that is a perfect fit and you can pretty much customize it to any way you want, you should expect a hefty price. i still think it would be cheaper and faster than dropping the seats off and getting them redone though

or instead of dropping all that cash to make your STOCK seats look different. you could always get aftermarket seats, or like what i did, seats out of another car. i picked up 2 2002 rsx seats for $200, in leather, with every option you could imagine.

the only problem w/ that is if you doing a custom color on the interior the odds of finding seats to match in color is pretty hard. most people usually get aftermarket sets and get them recovered anyway to match.

I don't think that's entirely fair. There's a difference between being cheap and having limited disposable income. I think we would all choose quality gear if we could afford it.

i totaly see what you guys are saying, but theirs a lady that i know that does it for a living, and actualy does all the show cars for summit racing shes very good, she is very good friends with my uncle and she quoted me 400-500 2 tone!, so im just saying n/m i would be stupid to buy katzkin when i can get them wraped for 1/2 the price.

no theres a diffrence between having limited imcome and taking the time to save for quality parts and having limited income and being in a rush to buy everything you can at the same time. even people with low income can get quality gear if they save for it.
