i dont think he was going for looks here. and when you have that much motor you need some wheel behind it. but hey since your godspeed you know all about speed

If you get a chance ask him if he had a donor frame or if he had to custom build his own to get the wheelbase and the axles mounted correctly.

Put some street tires on it and go play with some mustangs or something.... Could you imagine the fun you could have in that car if you could get it to look stock.

The other car had a cut in the hood in order for the blower/motor to fit and like stated had some bling to it. This one looks like the hood actually closes.

Awesome, glad to see another J pushing a V8 big engine.. i agree with Steve W.. make it a sleeper.. that would be so badass.. im also interested in what its running for times..

The other cav is a 02 LS Sport with big chrome rims.. color(well kinda.. both yellow) is about the only thing the same cuz i believe the other one only had a 454 in it.. not a 502..plus i think this one is in Gas City, Indiana if i remember correctly.. not ohio i wonder if he ever sold it on ebay lol i remember always seeing it on there..

Here are prolly the most recent pics i have of the other one. Sorry not trying to thread jack.

A cavalier with a v8 can be no sleeper.........

But, this car is cool! I don't know what's so hard about putting a small block in one of these and actually semi having a sleeper.

There's a guy on myspace who has an Ls1 in his and it's turning out pretty good. He's never posted but it looks sweet because he's using an IF kit for the outside.

I liek the 2nd one better, looks like its a 4 banger with a big ass hood and a nasty exhaust, and throw some wheels on there too. First one look like an all out drag machine. If I remember right, the 2nd one had a solid rear axle, so taht one wouldnt be streetable either, maybe with some suspension seats!! Both are bad ass, I would love to see that ls1 cavy, thats awesome.

He has the whole tube framed rear going on (to accomadate the sticky tires) but he said he had a regular rim/tire package sitting off to the side for when he takes it out on the street to really be a sleeper. I'm not sure what type of exhaust he's running but if it anything stock it should be pretty quiet until he really gets on it. Once it's painted up and has the IF front on it'll be one mean car, deffinately!

He's up in the NY area, and I think I remember his old cav before he sold it off and got his SLK230. I dunno though. I haven't figured out why he hasn't posted yet?

this is a tube frame car, and he actually shows/cruises it, not drag, he wants to take it down the track Once, just so that the guy who built the engine will know what it can do. Hasnt had a chance yet though, he keeps breaking stuff, lol. The hood does close normal. and there 23 1/2inch slicks, not 12 I'll go over to his place one night in the next week or so and get more/better/bigger pics
