i'm gonna use this to show progress for the new k-max front and sides with the hybrid rear body kit install, i got alot of work to do before the kit goes on, the front will be modified for the silvia headlightsalong with the bumper lights shaved and the rear will be modified to fill in the license plate box since the plate is in the deck lid..also have to clean up the car where the old kit was molded in, heres a better pic of the front bumper hanging with a box to help prop it up

yeah something isnt right with the rear. not sure what, but im just not feelin it. I've seen the celica tails on the J before, so thats not the reason, I dunno. The front, though, looks really nice. keep it up.
I'm really diggin' the front, I think that'll look really hot once it's finished up. The rear, not feelin' it much. The rear bumper and lights look good.. but the license plate in the trunk lid, not feeling at all. I'm not sure what it is about it that I'm not feeling though. It's either the trunk lock needs to be shaved, the license plate box corners needed to be rounded off to match the license plate, the license plate box needs to be moved or re-arranged (either moved into the center of the lid to be symmetrical or just put in at a 45 degree angle), or maybe all three.
Can't wait to see the finished product though, keep it up!
I say get rid of the plate use those rubber plate holders dealers have that get cosed in the trunk

thats actually a decent looking front. shave those bumper light holes though!
rear looks fine too. the hardest part about the rear plate box will be making the horizontal line match the part on the sides. the trunk plate holder doesnt look bad...and i think the squared off corners fit well with the celica lights. i think it just looks plain at that angle and with the trunk lock.
but overall it still looks great man! keep it up and i cant wait to see more pics!

I really like the front bumper. I think it will fit your car good. I also like the rear bumper, but will hate to see the tag box filled in. I forgot you had the tag in the trunk. If it was me I would put the tag back in stock location. I would also hide the exhaust. Use a oval shaped muffler tuck it high and let it dump in front of the bumper. Mainly because of the slammed looked. To me it looks as if your exhaust will be your lowest part and will hit the ground. I look forward to seeing the kit in paint (sorry meant primer for you). Let's see the sides.

I like the front, you thinking about shaving the cavy marker holes? I think the rear will look good once you fill the trunk, and I also think that it could use a spoiler since the top of the trunk is so big and plain. Good luck with the body work, I hope to see you at the Florida show again this year.

..1 thing at a time...i plan on shaving the key hole as well so the plate will look a lil bit better where it's at, i decided to put it straight and not angled since most people who do this mod almost always angle it, i have thought about another spoiler but would like to see the car with the kit finished before i decide that, i've been playing with the idea of maybe a 2 tone primer so it will not look as much a under construction project, but who knows

It's Different than other Cavaliers you see driving around. I am not to crazy about the taillights though.

got a question?...gonna try and drill out the bumpers to install but before i do i need to modify the crush gaurds...how do i shave them down to fit behind the bumpers..they are the hard foam kind

its going to look good, of course shave front corner lights and move the rear plate back onto the rear bumper.
