Maybe tint/paint the tails red? other then that it looks great. Im not a huge fan of those rims but they seem to flow well with the car. What kind of numbers you putting down with the vortech?

The rims actually work with your car for some reason.... lol not a fan of the altezzas. Everything else though gets a thumbs up in my book. (especially the vortech )

Lose the tails, and if you must have the emblems....find some Canadian Z-type ones. Same thing, just not Z24.

Thanks for the comments! The rims and tails are usually what get critiqued the most.
At some point I may change the rims. Perhaps when I’m due for new tires I’ll switch over to these:

thoughts?

As for the tails, women seem to like them. I kid you not; virtually every woman who has commented on the car has mentioned how they like the taillights.
It may be because the red and chrome match the scheme of the car. Or maybe it’s just girly.

I have no idea what numbers I’m making. At 5psi with good air fuel ratios I’d imagine I’m putting out 190hp 200tq tops.
I know that belt slipping issues can be resolved by swapping to smaller belts, which will in turn bring the output to 6 or 7psi.
That plus some tuning could yield another 10-20hp. But I don’t see the kit making anymore power than that without major modifications.
Yes it is the RSM kit. I am one of the very few who hasn’t had any major issues with the kit or company.
Smoosh, I live in Amsterdam (~45minutes west of Albany).

Thank you for the suggestion.
One of the reasons I love the emblems on the car is that this car is actually an identical twin of my first car which was an 01 GM supercharged Z24.
Unfortunately I lost that car when someone who failed to check his blind spot edged me of the road.
The LS Sport was the closest I could get to replace it and though the cars looked identical I always missed the Z emblems.
One day a friend of mine brought up a good point. He said the only difference between an 02 LS sport and an 02 Z24 is the engine.
They look identical, they have all the same features, and they run the same ¼ mile times. If it makes me happy, put the emblems on. So I did.

Thanks!

The pictures never seem to due the car justice. I wish I had a better camera than this old 5-mega pixel Samsung.
If I get some time, maybe I’ll post some night shots. Thanks again for all the comments.

not a bad looking cavy, i can handle the rims but the altezas kinda kill it, and the z24 badges. i love corvettes but i wouldnt put a zo6 bade on my car. if you like it thats cool just put them on your dresser or something.

i am a fan. everything looks to have been done cleanly. and i am definitely liking the s/c setup, even though it is an RSM kit. who cares... as long as it works and doesnt have problems are all that matters.

id say go with your new choice of rims. pretty sweet looking actually.
