thanks jeffie , hopefully ill be doin this sometime this week
and lol too jeffie smackin
I recently just did the Ecotec vinyl decals on my doors, and I used an ice scraper to start peeling up an edge, then I was able to grab that little bit and just pull it off all as one. Hopefully you could have such luck with yours. For any residue that was left (which wasn't any except the edges really) I used a turtle wax tar remover safe for all finishes, and just wiped it off nice and easy.
see zenith understood what i meant lol.
a flexible squeegee works very well to get started and not scratch paint also
Scott you hush your not allowed to talk anymore this week.

I've read WD 40 works well on removing adhesives. I don't have stickers on my cav so I don't know how long it would take.

heat gun to soften the decal n bug n tar or goof to take off the glue your hardest part is the top of the decal seeing as its old and well aged(note the cracking look) its most likely gonna be breaking apart alot around there.
no prob also when i get home im gonna try and upload a pic of a tool to use get that stripped decal n glue in 1/8 th the time as the way i stated both great jobs just pending your budget one get done fast other is labor intence lol. ill post later tonight.
and when you get the sticker off, paint the blue spots on your rims black.
sndsgood yes it is i want it gone and i plan gettin rims off asap too
this tool if u got a compressor will take off the decal and aslong as your moving will not hurt the paint just dont stay in one spot for to long. i use mine at my buddys detail shop getting the dealer decals off in 30secs some wax n im done lol. very handy tool
summit sales the plastic razors. thats what I used, that and heat gun.
