I took a pair of cavalier headlights and cut the front off of them. Then I painted the insides of the headlights then i got some plixglass and covered the the headlight and siliconed it on, then cut the extra off. I put light bulbs in side and holy F*ck are they bright with stock light bulbs. So now i have clear headlights that costed me like $10 to make and they look nice. So if ur stock headlights r not bright try this if u dont have the money to buy Halo headlights.

You know you can heat stock headlights in the oven and then pull them apart. No need for cutting the lenses off.

i don't think anyone was saying that people were judging, just the basic org bs throwing crap at someone for trying something and then basically branding them a ricer without having to say it. i understand there's alot of really stupid ways to do something but hey maybe he came up with a new way of doing something for a cost-friendly price and that is always cool in my book. so on with pics or stfu. you can't start a topic stating how you tried something new and it's awesome and not post pics.

I will post some pictures sometime next week i need to get my brothers camera of him cause mine is broke. And also i tried to post pictures before on here and it wouldn't let me. It would say the the image is to big. So how the @!#$ do u make the image smaller to make it work. Plus I don't have a lot of time with working all the time. I will try to post them and send them to u ASAP sorry. But for the mean time just picture taking a headlight taking the lence off and putting plexiglas over top of it. PS if u try it take ur time so it will look good. There is a post about painting headlights its something like that but ur putting the plexiglas on it. The only thing is I don't now if they will be legal for the road cause they are not (DOT) approved. Or doesn't that matter.
