I really dont mean to be rude by saying this in any way shape or form but there is NOTHING which can be done to stop it. If dont want your pictures to be stolen and used in other peoples ads on e bay or any other website you can either a) water mark it all over the place so they wont mess with it OR b) just dont post any pictures.
This has been going on for years and it will only get worse.
i honestly dont see the big deal about it. if my car ended up on ebay to advertise some cheap part, i wouldnt care.

You can contact eBay and let them know about the copyright infringement. If you have the money, you can also sue for damages since they are using your images/likeness to endorse a product without your permission.
We've been over this here many, many times. Do a search on copyright and image theft to find information.
This is most certainly illegal.
By the way, DON'T EVER BUY THE 'PERFORMANCE CHIP' IN THIS OR ANY OTHER EBAY AUCTION! It's a scam and it DOES NOT WORK! (well, maybe you'll get 1/4 to 1/2hp, but you can do the same thing with $.69 and a visit to Radio Shack).
For a slightly cynical view of the whole thing:
