i ordered a carbon fiber trunk bezel from them for my 03 last week, told them i had a show to go to the following weekend (HIN seattle) and they promised to do their best to get it out that day. now im a cheap bastard when it comes to shipping, so i was sent via stanard ups, it arrived 3 days before i had to leave for the show, look at the box to make sure it was in good shape, and it was, so i didnt bother tearing into it to make sure that it was shipped ok. that night i go to install it, and notice a good sized crack in the upper right corner of the trunk lid section. i cursed very loudly, thinking that i was screwed for the show now. call them the next day, and after a little bit of calling around between RK and UPS, i manage to get them to overnight ship up a brand new one (which was inspected by 2 guys before it left) to just south of the border free of charge. pick it up on the way down, and they where even nice enough to give me a free t-shirt and catalogue.
put the bezel on in the parking lot (we made the town of blaine wash. day lol) and went to the show where i proceeded to loose anyways lol.
so to sum up my babbling, rk sport = good people
and i have to give my girlfriend much of the credit for getting the new bezel shipped here on time, i was however too lazy to go through the details of all of that.

yea i got a 95-02 c/f blister hood off ebay from them. was the last one they had since discontinuing them. turned out to be an 03+. they made me a brand new 95-02 one and shipped it to me free of charge and gave me the billet grille cover piece for it for free.

Karo (carcustoms.net) sells eveything RKSport makes for less, prices themselves are close but the shipping through Karo is always free and he has 982340987 times better service then those stupid @!#$ at RKSport

thanks for calling me stupid. i know that i could have gotten it from karo for $8 cheaper. however, i am from canada and karo only ships to the states, where as RK will ship to canada. i had no problems with the service from them, the CSRs are abit stupid, but everyone else there (especially the IT guys) are great to deal with.

if RK Sport was so good why wont they fix the blown pro street coilovers that they said were the future of suspension. they are now discontinued, wont talk to anyone about them and basically anyone who owns them are screwed if they blow.
