OK so here I have the first set of prototype rear trailing arm bushings.
These are made from Delrin and have a Rockwell harness of 89-94.
The bushing sets come with stainless steel sleeves.
Group purchase pricing would be $80 USD
per set plus shipping.
Now this thread is just a feeler at this point, so anyone interested post up!

y don't you make some useful parts already jeffie?
tell me the benefit over stock please?
What does it take to install these....I seem to remember something about buying stock bushings and using the metal sleeve?
Yessss. I thought you had an idea for test mules.
wow @ $80
What is delrin? I just dont fully understand the high price.
Still want a set though.
Delrin is a Dupont synthetic plastic. Think really hard poly.
$80 is a hell of a lot better than $120.

Musta missed that when Jeffie made me search it.

haha if they are to be made from delrin, then they can be machined. its a plastic type material that works really well on mills...i "use" it almost everyday.

Anyone know if these bushing would fit a second gen? i dont know if the diameter of the bushing housing is the same between years.
i was in for the TTR ones before that dissapeared, and $80 is better than 120, so i'm in.

Good work Jeffie! Making them from a machinable product like Delrin, prevents the need for a mold. Simple machining time only... Brings cost down!
I may be in for a set from you this spring!

I think bigfoot is blurry,
that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra
scary to me. There's a large, out-of-focus monster, roaming the countryside.
"Run! He's fuzzy!" "Get outta here!"
