Could a wheel bearing make the front right suspension rattle when i hit a bump or pothole?.... ive had it checked and it was nothing like a tie rod or cv joint or anything visible underneath the car. i think it could be the strut... its stock but i dont know... its a 99 cavalier if that helps. help

sounds like a strut mount. mine rattles and i know my mount is done for, but that is from my car beening canned. she'll be good in a week or so when my sportlines and tokico d specs and my new mounts arrive.

Yes a bad wheel bearing could cause a rattle. Experience it myslef...changed the bearins and the rattle was gone. But could be a shock too or a top plate.
not to jack but, if i changed the front mounts and bearings, would i have to get an alignment again?
