These are listed as a coilover conversion. Does that mean, that this assembly will replace the entire stock assembly (Spring/Strut), or will struts still be required? Any help would be great guys.

no they are just the coils. it just replaces the springs. the prostreets that they sell is a full replacment i believe. not sure if the prostreets replace the mounts though.
OK, thanks a lot. The name was very misleading....I noticed gravana has the Pro-Kit on sale for 599, so that's the way i'm goint toward right now. Any input on that kit?

You should not be deciding between those based on price as they all serve very different purposes.
