All springs bounce. Take the fluid out of the stock struts so they do nothing, and you'll have all the bounce you could possibly want.

I guess if you want lots of bounce you should buy dropzone coilovers and dropzone shocks. Thats probably the best route to go for a bouncy, worthless p.o.s. suspension.

cut ur springs or heat them. whichever is cheaper, that way you can save some money for some tylenol.

It's dangerous for a couple reasons. If you see anyone bouncing it's because their shocks aren't absorbing the height they are at or that their shocks are blown (or both). Being that they shocks aren't absorbing it, it causes their springs to take much of the pressure and the springs aren't going to do anything but bounce it right back up.

Having your car bounce alot is dangerous for the fact that if you hit a bump hard enough, your car could bounce up high enough to where you could lose control of the wheel and possibly cause an accident.

Everyone here is just really having fun with you by telling you cut your springs and other non-sense like that but in all honesty you don't want to do this. If your suspension isn't setup correctly, your ride will be awful and your enjoyment will soon come after that.

If you seriously want your car to bounce, you would need something on the lines of Air Ride or Hydraulic suspension, which are not cheap.

So all in all, you don't want your car to bounce.

Want a lot of bounce take the springs out and ride the bitch like that..lol. I have a buddy that took the springs out of his focus and rides on just the bump stops. The @!#$in retard drives it like that. Looks like hes see sawing down the @!#$ road. He's not exactly the smartest person in the world. Hydros will give you a similar effect, or get some dropzone springs on some stock struts, crank them to there lowest setting or take out the perches and ride it like that..lol

in all honesty... cut a coil off your stock spring, then heat them...

thats the ticket

WHY IN THE HECK WOULD YOU WANT TO BOUNCE?

When i first read subject i thought you just had a typo type thing and wanted a softer spring or a coilover shock with more travel. but then i open it and your actually wanting a spring with "bounce?" Ive never heard of anyone wanting that. I know of people who want cheap alternatives to good ways of lowering because they want to be lower without spending money but never once did they ask to bounce, creak, bottom out, etc.. Those were only side effects to there pour choices, not what they desired.

Its 4 am, maybe im just tired and need some sleep.... let me wake up and this all be a dream

(dang, ive never been mean to someone on the org before... must be getting old and grumpy)

not gonna say much besides...

darwin effect fellas....darwin....

if you really wanna do this... keep what you have.... just drill a hole in the bottom of your struts and let ALL the oil drain out.....

then you;ll bounce around like it wasnt meant to handle....

If that's not sarcasm I don't know what is.

And not 5 minutes later I had the correct answer:

Event of course has the right answer too:

But seriously. If you want your car like that, go for it. We are not here to tell people what to do; we are here to help them get their car the way they want it. If you honestly want a car the bounces terribly and will probably loose control and kill someone, I'm not here to tell you "no"; that's your momma's job (or common sense).

Note: In most states it is illegal to deliberately compromise a car's suspension and drive it on public roads.

Not I. I am here to tell you no. Just like I'm here to tell people they can't drink and drive.

Sometimes people need to be saved from themselves.

I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and just assume he doesn't have a clue about suspension tuning and assumed that the multitude of morons he's seen driving around in cars bouncing like a pogo stick had done that on purpose and that it was a cool effect he wanted for himself.

Now that he realizes how stupid and dangerous it is, he knows to laugh at those people rather than envy them.

It's just like the people coming looking for the "faster blinkers" mod. You think it's cool until you realize that it's just indicating that the moron hasn't maintained their car.

yea your are here to tell them no but who says he will listen. i agree w/ you. i would tell him no too. like njhk said it can be very dangerous and you run the risk of injuring yourself or others on the road

if they dont listen, then it really shows who lacks common sense.

however alot of people dont listen until their car either...

ends up in jacked wrecked

have a near accident

or car starts falling apart or health problems occur (3 emails since 2004, serious ones asking why their car hurts their spine, and why they hit their head on hard bumps..)
