Would an 2000-2002 Cavalier Bezel fit on my 97 Cavalier? I wanna have a double din radio in my car but 95-99 is only a single din.
It will work if you swap the rest of the dash too. Can't just put on the newer bezel.

What exactly do you mean by the lower dash?
where ur radio n hvac controls sit. they are flipped on a 00-04 cav. the lower dash example from gauges down. its a task n not worth it.
see that line going across the middle? that seperates the upper dash pad and the lower dash.
that whole lower section is what needs to be swapped

Its not too hard hard, you just need to find an 00+ lower dash and the trim bezel, set aside probably a whole day, and you'll need some tools, 7mm socket, some screwdrivers as well as a steering wheel puller and possibly some other common hand tools.

Maybe a project for this summer. Just would have to find the parts and here in ND that's a task in itself. And it's almost cheaper to just order from GM and not go to the junkyard.
