is there a stock leather seat for cavaliers or sunfires? Is it possible to have someone cover the stock seats with leather and if so how much would it cost.
Also if anyone has leather seats could you post some pics if you have them.

Mine are reupholstered in leather. Prices are going to vary depending on where you're at and how good the work is.
Call some auto upholstery places and ask for a quote.
just curious what did yours run? Im not looking for the most expensive leather, a good imiatation would work just fine for me. I just like the comfort of the seats.

we want feed back, we want feed back, we want feedback.

You won't get the comfort with vinyl.
Mine were around $1600 CAD for the upholstery.
are you serious? That would be like 1200 dollars for me, just to have the seats wrapped in leather? That just seems crazy

Get some Grand Am GT seats...they bolt right in, are leather, and usually power!

too bad theres no good direct rear seat replacement from another car, cuz HOPEFULLY if all goes well, im getting in on the GP jason is running for some synthetic leather racing seats with red stitching, would LOVE to have the rears match, i guess i could price it out localy, but who knows if the same type of material those seats use, is available anywhere around here....
On the other hand....you have other fingers.

I was the one that posted the the thread regarding those SS seats
To be more specific, the seats should be interchangable between 82-97 camaros, and firebirds, ( beyond that, not sure, because it hasn't been done yet by my source)
Suposedly you would use the same bracket that you have, and the seats themselves use the same exact bolt patterns....
This mod has been done only by taking cavalier seats and replacing the factory f-body seats (suposedly the cavalier ones are more comfortable ) havn't checked it out myself yet.
I'm having him look for SS leather buckets for myself, and once found, i can post my results on how well it will actually fit!!!

Just because the bolt pattern is the same and you can put Cav seats in an F-body, doesn't mean it will go the other way. I would think the F-Body seats would be too wide, with the big bolsters on them and all. But you never know until you try!

You won't be disapointed.
I'm on my 2nd set, soon to be third.
They run for around $900 US for the fronts, rear bench and arm rests.
^^^ I will be looking into those... thats nice
well suposedly the cav seats are slightly wider in the f-body, not much though.
If the bolt paterns are the smae, all you do is just use the factory rails....

so what are those just seat covers?

High end Seat Covers that look like they came that way from the factory.
Also they add about 1/4" of foam undernealth to give more padding.
Trust me they are nice.
They're not really seat covers. When properly installed, they're basically an upholstery kit.
They're selling you what a good upholsterer will design and make themselves and when properly installed, they're definitely the way to go.
I've seen Katzkin kits installed poorly... but I've never seen one that didn't impress me with the quality of the kit itself!
what is involved with the install?
