my ride is a 98 pontiac sunfire, and I would like to know how do i drain the brake liquid tank...
I think a better question is "why are you doing that"?

TheFlyingSquirrel (PJ), believe me you are not stupid, this guy don't know that brake fluid absord humidity and water in order to avoid the braking system to work bad. It's good to drain it sometimes, don't know exactly what's the recommended specs, but if the fluid have not been change since 98, it's a good thing. As for how, I don't know, I never did it even on others people car or on practice cars at school, but I will. Hope someone will answer you!!

Seriously though... before getting into this, why is it that you feel it needs to be changed? If you don't know how to do this, you might be better off bringing your car to an expert. Brakes aren't something you want to mess around with.

It's true, is not my first language, but I think u understand me pretty well
ok, I feel the needs to change it cause it's like burned... and it has some moist too...
I just want to do things for my car by myself, its anoying to pay some jerk everytime I need to do something to my car, even when it's the stupidest thing u have ever heard
Get your hands on a Haynes or Chiltons manual for full directions on how to bleed the brakes. You should be able to ignore any part that says to first bleed the MC or ABS unit since you're not starting off dry.
Start from the furthest point from the MC (I think it's the rear passenger corner) and bleed each brake, continuing until clean fluid flows out. Once you've done all 4, the system should be completely filled with the new fluid.
your brake system is a closed system if you're getting dirt in your fluid you've got a problem, My point is if you don't know how to loosen a bleeder valve you shouldn't be messing w/ your brake system.

If you don't know how to loosen a bleeder valve... or what to do with it once you've loosened it... then isn't the right thing to do to come here and ask how it's done?
Brake fluid doesn't stay nice and new looking for the life of the car. It ends up looking brown and dirty over time.
If you're going to give answers like this, then stay the hell out of the noob forum.

Go pick up the manual. It's not a difficult job. All you need is a jar, some tubing and a friend. As I said... don't worry about bleeding the MC or anything. Just do the 4 corners and you should be fine. Just make damn sure the MC reservoir doesn't go dry. As you bleed out the fluid from the brakes, you have to top it up in the MC.
brake fuild in ABS cars should be changed every 40-50k, or the ABS precision machined vavles will fail, and thats about a 900-1000$ unit.
u can completely bleed out the system then put more fuild and bleed it more intill it comes out clean then fill it., thats about the only way to change the brake fuild presay.
