I approve; I think it's a vast improvement.
Those oem rims look very good on your truck as-is, and they'll look even better powdercoated.
I went the same route with my Jeep. I picked up a set of take-offs from a 08 charger RT, and I had them powdercoated.
It cost me $400 to have them sodablasted and powdercoated (which is really a pretty decent price). I doubt it will cost much more to do your 20s.
