What trim cover? The sail panel?

The trim around the window itself is permanently bonded to the car. I believe that the glass (with trim) and the sail panel are all bonded to the body.

Not sure how to remove them. Heat gun maybe? Need someone who's done it before to chime in here...

I think the panel behind the rear side windows can be "CUT" out. You might be able to the wire used to cut out windshields, if you can get it behind it. It is glued on REALLY good. So, doing it will not be as easy task. You may try to use a heat gun to soften the glue a little before trying to cut it.
After you get it off, you would have to remove ALL of the old glue from the underside of the panel and off of the car. Then, you might be able use the goop used to hold windshields in to glue the piece back to the car.
I am NOT a professional my far. So, all of this is in theory. But, it should work. Good luck!

i would go to the wreckers and try to remove on there first. that way you can get the hang of it before you do your own car.
