Cavy2Env wasnt a terrible person to do bussniess with, the stuff came fast and nicely packed. the only thing is that he didnt send me hub rings like he said.
i emailed him when i realized that there were no hub rings with my wheels. i asked him was the deal was and he said they should have came with the lugs. they didnt. he then said he didnt even use them with his car so i dont even knwo what that means. any way, he said that he would pay for the rings i needed. i couldnt find them locally, so i found some on justforwheels.com. this was the only website i could find...that someone hadnt told me to stay away from. he sent me and email saying he would send me $40 monday for them. it comes monday so i ordered them. i asked him when he was going to send me the money via paypal, and he said i could find them cheaper....he says this after i already ordered them, because he agreed. and i havent heard from him since. so it sucks, im out $40 and didnt get all that i paid for. maybe he will still come though, but as of now...he hasnt.

wow hub rings , not like they are a big deal
i have never used hub rings , on any car or truck ive had , never had any problems
granted it does suck cause he thought they were there , and sold them thinking that , and hasnt gotten back to you about the agreed 40.00

why you spend 40 bucks on hub rings, i dunno. you could of found them alot cheaper. atleast its only 40 bucks. he could of took your money for the wheel and never sent them

I don't think the rings themselves are the point here.
And yes, you need them, despite what some people insist.
Hell, you'd probably get by just fine on only 4 lug nuts as well... but that doesn't mean you need to have all 5.
All besides the point though. The point here is that he expected to get them and didn't, and then the guy told him to buy them and that he'd be reimbursed so he bought them and now he's getting the shaft.
The guy obviously never said "I'll give you $20 to buy some..." or any such thing so he can't complain that they cost way more than they otherwise might have. That's not Brian's problem, so far as I can tell. How was he to know?
i know what he is saying but im just trying to put it into a different perspective for him. i mean he could of lost alot more than just hub rings.
yeah. good points. and if anyone thinks im lying at any point, i still have emails and PM's. maybe he is still going to man up and pay me what he agreed to...i mean hes still on the site a lot i think.

I bought a set of 4 BFG tires off of him and everything worked out cool. That sucks though man, he seemed cool to me, so maybe he'll still come around and work somthing out with you.
im hoping he will. he wont respond to any emails. i sent him one that said, if you arent going to pay me, atleast send me and email saying you wont, so i know you are getting these atleast....and he didnt. so either hes gonna completely avoid me, or he is away....i hope away. but i think he would have gave me the money monday like he said he would. ass.

So maybe he is out of town or something. It is still the 4th of July vacation period. Why not give him the benefit of the doubt? In my dealings with all sorts of people on eBay, I am usually surprised at the basic honesty that most people exhibit.
