Never seen any such thing. There were some Cavalier toys in Japan that people have brought over and some Cavalier "Modifiers" but nothing terribly detailed.

I'd love to have a 1:18 scale Cav or Sunfire but I've accepted the fact now that it will never happen.

i have a toyota cavalier model. also have a diecast cavalier and the whole set of cavalier modifiers. besides the dragster cavalier ones i think that is all there is for 3rd gen cavalier collectible cars.

I looked around and can't find anything other than NHRA style Cavalier models. Nothing really interesting.

Found this after a search I had done yesterday. A jbo member name of ikochan, he mentions on his website that is in his profile there was a 1/32 scale model made, however it is in his words "They are impossible to obtain the plastic model."

other than the 1/32 toyota cavalier listed above, the only ones of any scale size you can work on a dragsters, it could be made into a street car, but would take a few donor kits to make parts and there would be no interior
