only been a month? thats nothing...let me guess you ordered stickers? they tend to take their time, relax

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

Ive used the contact us link, Ive PM/emailed the "forum moderator" member and Ive replied to an email I recieved from dave@gmenthusiast.com.

NO RESPONSE...

I think it's @!#$ bull@!#$. If any other distributor or store on this site would ignore emails like the JBO does- it would be all over the forums w/ people complaining & putting them outta business...
But since it's here- everyone just says "oh, it takes time" "Just wait a while".

Ive been an informative member of this site for several years.. Usually a premium member- but for a while I was not very active on the forums... I purchased a sticker in December when I renewed my membership..My old sticker dried up on my window & flaked off... I recieved an email about 2 weeks after purchase from paypal saying the sticker had shipped. No tracking information was provided.. I still havn't recieved the sticker..That was the 21st of Dec. I think it was lost in the mail- BUT I WILL NEVER KNOW BECAUSE NO ONE RESPONDS TO ANY QUERIES ABOUT ANYTHING ON JBO NO MATTER HOW YOU CONTACT THEM.

Now granted, it was only 5 bucks.. Thats not @!#$ to me- the money isn't an issue, but if I purchased something- I fully expect to actually recieve it.. I don't care how "busy" people are.. If you can't ship stuff within a reasonable time frame- you shouldn't be selling anything... PERIOD.

Ive given up on the sticker. I'll never purchase anything from this site again. I'd rather give the money to a business who actually appreciates thier customers and strives to make them happy. I don't think I even want to have a JBO sticker on my car anymore..

You'll probably never get your CD's man and don't waste your time trying to find out why...

the probelm is this isnt dave's fulltime job. so shipping out stupid stickers tends to take low priority. I dont blame him one bit. But i think someone else should handle stickers. and outside person.

don't worry, i still heart dave.org

Irregardless of how stupid it may be he is selling a product and failing to keep the customers informed. If he doesn't have the time to do it, stop selling them.

After reading all the replies i agree with some. Someone doesnt ship something, instant complaint is filed. then word spreads people get mad, eventually get their product. stickers are ordered, not shipped, oh its ok its dave its alright if they are not shipped. how fair is that? does that mean someone can go into general like this and say, dave.org is a bad seller, ordered stickers from him xxx amount of days ago and still have not been shipped. no because everyone says its dave, its not his full time job, yada yada. but its still a ossie that needs to be addressed and taken care of so that when people pay for something, they get it. how long does it take to make the stickers? cant be very long i imagine.

I just dont see how people can say oh its ok just because its dave. nothing against him, i dont even know him or have a problem with him but it needs to be fixed.

Machzel08 (Teh Jew), how would you feel if you ordered something from me, lets just say for this scenerio its an ecotec motor and it hasnt been shipped, no emails, no contact or anything but you already paid the full $1000 to get it. how are you going to feel after a month of nothing? what would you do? i bet you would be here on the org saying, WTF happened, wheres my motor, anyone know this guy? i got ripped off. xxxxxxxxxxx is a bad seller.

Like i said i have nothing against anyone in this thread but its a treat others how you would want to be treated situation.

Sorry guys, Dave is working on an ignore list feature. I asked him to develop a filter to ignore
people who do nothing but post stupid stuff all day long, it will be well worth the effort.

The "Contact Us" link is kind of like a suggestion box. Sure, the messages get read, but most of the time the suggestions are asinine and do not deserve a response.

I got a response within a day when I used it. I guess it's hit or miss.

a) i would feel like @!#$ but you don't need to make that scenerio, i paid $1000 for gravanaa coilovers and waited 8 months to get them. then when i did one of them leaked. and the one that didnt leak only goes up to 9 instead of 12. but everyone still recommends gravana and says how great they are.
b)anytime i use the contact us button the issue gets resolved immediately. i may not get a response but it gets taken care of.
c)when i ordered my stickers it got processed almost immediately. i contacted dave to make sure the money order made it and he said on the spot activated my preme then shipped out my stickers. so like alexis said, kinda hit or miss

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

a) beucase you are one person. you need to realize that word of mouth is perpetuated by more then one complaint. you need multiple people with similar problems to make any sort of dent, you cant expect the entier internet to sway its descion simpliy becuase you had a bad experience.

b) see a, just beucase you had one experience doesnt mean that all of the emails didnt go unresponded.

not sure why this doesnt make sense.

c) again, beating the horse that doesnt seem to be breathing. you got lucky, you may have helped your chances by emailing, but stil how does that affect every other person that got screwed.

you seem to be stuck on this I got this so what are you guys talking about. kinda of a basic thing to look past.

it boils down to people got screwed, its not right, dave walks off scott free beucase hes dave.

oh and BTW that contact us button is bull @!#$.

Well, my opinion on the situation . . . If the orders can't be made within a reasonable amount of time, they shouldn't be sold, OR it should say in the store that it can take a few weeks to receive them. When I bought mine back in the day, it did take about a month or two to receive them, which I thought was kinda BS. The money had no delays at all going to JBO, but receiving what I paid for took that long for something that would take 3 minutes to put in an envelope and ship out was ridiculous. However, I made a comment a few months after that, that during the winter my stickers got knocked off the windows when I was removing ice and I said I had to buy new ones. Out of no where I get two new ones in the mail with a letter that said he saw my comment and sent me two new ones cause I was a premium. I thought that was awesome. Dave has his full time job and I'm sure the last thing on his mind when he gets home is to check and ship out all the sticker orders. The problem is like I said, if the effort can't be put forward and the orders can't be done, then they shouldn't be sold. This problem seems to come up once or twice a month it seems.
