Site down for new servers?
I'm having flashbacks. This how we started JBOM. There was no .org to visit so we we're all out one saturday and just kinda bumped into one another.
2 weekends later JBOM was created.

There is a recent topic that is now like 2 pages about the stickers? Or do you mean about them being cancelled...?
If you are no longer going to sell stickers, may we use the sticker design and have our own made? I have wanted JBO stickers, but don't want them on the car until it's "done". Also, with all the talk of people not getting stickers, I didn't want to spend the money I don't really have to wonder if I would receive them in a timely fashion.
I don't want the design for monetary gain, and only plan on making myself a set of stickers from the local shop.

I just saw signs of what I thought was dave quitting out on the site. lack of updates, same homepage layout, no awnser to the countless sticker posts. and very few posts at all. I just figured and wanted to see if any one eles could add to my theroy.
I guess the cons to the theroy are that if he were goning to shut the site down, he would just do it and avoid the insane bickiering. and the fact that he has done server changes.

It amazes me how angry people can get
yet this one got to me, becuase it was blantely coming after something I do care about. I went premium a while back, and just never got around to renueing it. I really do want to go back to try and help the site even more, but I need to make sure that I have enough funds for josh, and that there will still be a site to go premium to ..........k now im done. so watch who you call a freeloadered. even with the countless amount of crap I recive on this place, I still consider it home on the internet.

This may seem like a really dumb question but here it is anyway....does a change in server mean the format for the site will be different.....mainly so it looks like others like ecotecforum or honda-tech or does it just mean jbo has a new home and everything else will be exactly the same?

you dont have 3 bucks? you can go premium per month if you want instead of paying all year.

If I was going to quit, I wouldn't beat around the bush. The reason you haven't seen many changes, or seen me around much is because this past year has been extremely busy and tiring, and at this point looks to stay that way for some time. I wish I had more time to take care of things around here. I'm not going anywhere though, I just don't have the kind of time I wish I did.

I did not say it was a server change. I said the servers are moving to a new data center. Everything will be exactly the same. The only difference is the servers will physically be in a different location. You all of course couldn't care less, because they could be in Russia and as long as they worked the same it wouldn't matter.
