Canadian Tire had them in the fall when I went shopping for steel wheels for snow tires. I assume they still have them or can order for you.
Do they make 16" steel wheels in a 5x100 bolt pattern? I know they've got them in 5x114.7.
yes they do. Most newer VW's have them... beetle's, mkiv's etc etc... my bro is rolling on 16" 5x100 steelies from a VW GTI...
check out the canadian classifieds on vwvortex.com. There are some for sale on occasion.

Yep, we've got a set for the sunfire in the winter.
Costco in Brampton carries them as well. Call first to confirm, as I know they switched from Burlington Costco to Brampton 2 years ago.
16" rim 5x100 bolt pattern, and I paid $40/rim + tax.
