15 inch Rims Needed...
Wednesday, November 16, 2005 1:09 PM
So I bought winters, but I bought the wrong size rims. The bolt pattern is fine, but the center opening isnt big enough.
I either need to get the centers drilled out (if thats possible) or I need 15s that will fit on my car. I dont care if they're steelies or jsut ugly 15 inch rims that you have and hate.
if anyone has anything let me know

and the ones I bought fit on a Celica...

and bolts.............. balanced.................... with the tire on the rim......... for $180....

ya the rim is 27.... each....

$27 x4 = $108 FOR RIMS.....
$40 x4= $160 FOR TIRES.....
TOTAL= $268

Install and balance MIGHT cost extra... no lug nuts and no covers........

ur choice......

I'm not giving the deal of a life time because I don't even care to sell them.... someone else said they needed them and I also saw this post .... so whatever......... I just don't care...... if I don't sell them in 2 weeks they go on my car for the winter to sit....... instead of jack stand...

so whatever

THAT IS FOR 14" RIMS
Re: 15 inch Rims Needed...
Wednesday, November 16, 2005 4:24 PM
oh $27 for 14" rims ....

I'd only assume that 15's are a little more money ... so lets do this again ...

lets say they are $3.00 more each....

thats what 30x4 = 120 + tax..... 140.....
you can only afford 1 tires and not even installed for my price with covers and bolts..... and the rest of the tires... haha

so ... again his decision ...

^ Nobody said anything about tires man, all he wants is rims. Before you go knocking on other peoples cars (very very nice cars, might I add) you might want to re-read the original post.

oh it's a nice car alright.... !!! it really is I'm impressed with the interior..... nice rear disk conversion ....... beautiful sway bar....... so NICE.......I saw the awards it won for best stock paint etc..... it's a sweet ride............

BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

that still doesn't change that it's pretty damn SLOW ... no offence of course.... speed isn't everything ......
but come on the SLOWEST version 4cyl motor from GM in the cavalier is KILLING gm s/c cars......
haha my 2200 is faster
WAYYYYYYYYYYY FASTER..... at only 6 psi ..with a half-assed driver hitting a 2.5 60' (me). haha .....

I haven't even been to the track at 11 psi or with my 3" exhaust.....

oh and I wasn't KNOCKING HIM I SIMPLY ASK WHAT WAS UP WITH THE TIME AND WHERE HE GOT IT FROM....... cuz I see stock pullied s/c 2.4's 14.8 14.7 and he has other work done too ...tb...etc.....

I ask a simple question .....
not to have a dumb answer from you deflux... no offence....

ya and I was offering for him to buy my rims and TIRES......... so what ..... it's an offer.....

I read the post alright ....

just an offer.... he gets everything for $40 more then he is going to spend on rims alone.......

don't need to start interenet bs because he needs something and I have a pretty good deal for him ........

Ya I dont need the tires or the caps.
Id rather spend the $120 at Canadian Tire and get shiny black ones then used stock ones for $60 more.
If you have a buyer thats good, Its a good price for someone looking to put them on the car to sell it or something, not for me though

Lee, every post you make around here is either you trying to pawn your stuff off or you slamming other people.

Either improve the attitude or leave. If this continues, you're just going to end up banned.

As for my times... having 46 lb of wheel/tire on each corner with all-season tires probably wasn't helping me any... nor was my completely stock exhaust system.

Yes, there's reasons for my times being what they are. You'll also note that they improve every time I go to the track so I'm clearly doing something right.

And yet, I fail to see what any of that has to do with this thread.

Shape up or ship out man. We'll do just fine here without you.

Wow, i don't post on here that much but wow guys i think you all need to take a time out, there is ways to say i have a nice car without bashing everyone else, this is not directed towards any just everyone generally speaking, but let not make this the Canadian version of pinks man, but i think that if you are going to say stuff, you should be able to back it, up. don't look at me i got 2 projects going, and when they are done then i can talk, my cars are slow as @!#$ right now in comparison, but i think we all need to chill,
but i would like to see that race !

and by the way the shiny rims are pretty
