$400 for new rims and rubber sounds really good.
I have a set that I'm not using. They're off a Celica. They're 15" steelies with winters taht were used for 1 winter. The bolt pattern on the rims is the right size but the center hole needs to be drilled a little bigger for them to fit on our cars. I don't want to go through the trouble, so I'm selling em.
The tires alone are worth what im asking, so if you're interested make an offer and I'll tell you if it seems fair.

I bought Hankook W300 Icebears for this year (195/65R15), and so far they've been pretty damn good. They're not too noisy in the wet either, which is a nice surprice.

$78 + tax, installed 'em myself. Pretty good deal in my books

What coilovers are they? If they're some no-name cheap set then I highly caution against you putting them on your car!!!

I purchased them through an old workplace, and I work at a GM dealer so self-install is a breeze.
