Anyone in the GTA or surrounding area have these White-out all clear taillights or know where to pick up a pair locally?

Don't do it. Clear tails are ghetto and illegal. Even with red bulbs.

sorry maybe i was mistaken or my info is old, but i though they were legal ??? as long as they dont glow white like reverse lights, dual filiment red bulbs were good as per a cop i asked, but do you know anyone who got a ticket ??? pls let me know i always like to keep uptodate thanks,
p.s. i am not a big fan of them either but not knocking you sonnyblack i understand that you are using them for a project, are you going throw in one of those led rings or something

They're not legal because they're not DOT approved, despite what markings may be on the lens. There is no DOT standard for red bulbs. For them to be legal, the lens must be red.
Of course, things like the new Lexus lights end up approved as a whole unit because of the red LED's and if that's the sort of thing he's looking to make... well then that will be very cool.

I've got clear tails with red bulbs as well as clear turn signals with super white bulbs and have not been pulled over yet. I think it all depends on the cop and what kind of day he/she is having.

hit it right on the button...its the same for everything, tint, exhaust, plate covers, all depends on the cop, wether they even notice or not, the mood they are in, whether they got laid the night b4, lol, you get my drift
i wanted a pair myself and shave the trunk, i think its a sick idea....im in toronto and if theres aplace locally imma grap a pair....i think all the euros for are car, are ugly, thats my opinion.
